These Terms govern your use of videozone.video ("the Service"), operated by Valguskaader OÜ, a private limited company incorporated in Estonia, registered at Uus tn 33-1, 71007 Viljandi, Estonia. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

videozone is a subscription website offering curated photographic visual essays. Each day thirty essays are ranked editorially; one holds the number-one position until 00:00 in the member's local timezone, after which the list is re-ranked. Six previews are available without a subscription; full access requires an active trial or membership. The Service is web-only; we do not currently provide native apps, smart-TV apps, or offline downloads.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. A membership is intended for personal use by one individual and may not be shared, resold, or used commercially.

3. Free trial

New members may start a 7-day free trial with full access. No charge is made during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your membership converts to a paid subscription automatically.

4. Subscription, renewal and price

• After the trial, your subscription renews automatically — monthly or annually, as selected — at the price shown at the time of purchase, until cancelled.
• There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.
• We will give reasonable notice of any change to recurring prices before it takes effect.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid charge, as described on the refund page. Statutory withdrawal rights under applicable EU and Estonian consumer law are unaffected.

6. Payment processing status

Real payment checkout connects once our subscription setup is finalised. Until then, subscribe and trial actions display a neutral status notice and do not take payment. We will not misrepresent which payment processor we use.

7. Content and intellectual property

All essays, imagery, and site materials are owned by Valguskaader OÜ or its contributors and are protected by copyright. You may stream content for personal use only. Submissions are governed by our content policy.

8. Acceptable use

You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or circumvent access controls of the Service, nor use it unlawfully.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Spanish or EU law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Viljandi, Estonia.
