1. The free trial
Every new membership starts with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are never charged and there is nothing to refund.
2. Money-back guarantee on the first charge
If your trial converts and you are charged for your first paid period, you may request a full refund of that first charge within 7 days of the charge date. We will refund it to your original payment method.
3. After the first period
Subsequent renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Where mandatory EU or Estonian consumer law grants additional rights, those apply and are not limited by this policy.
4. How to request a refund

- Include the date of the charge and, if handy, the receipt or order reference.
- We aim to confirm within a few business days; the bank may take additional time to post the refund.
5. Note on checkout
Real payment checkout connects once subscription setup is finalised. Until then no charges are taken at all, so there is nothing to refund. This policy describes how refunds will work once payments are live.
