2. Cookies
Essential cookies are always active. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you give consent via the cookie banner. See the cookie policy for details and how to change your choice.
3. Processors
We use service providers only where actually engaged — currently hosting and email delivery. We do not list a payment processor here because real checkout is not yet connected; when it is, this section will name the processor before any payment data is collected. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We keep account and billing data for as long as your membership is active and for the period required by Spanish tax and accounting law thereafter. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
6. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated to members.
