What your notice must include

Counter-notification
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to [email protected] containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
